Restore or upgrade your 2004–2008 Ford F-150 with the OEM-recommended supercharger system, engineered as the correct replacement for Saleen S331 trucks and Harley Davidson editions originally equipped with the Saleen Series VI supercharger. Designed for the 5.4L 3-valve V8 and 2WD fitment, this system transforms the F-150 into a high-performance truck while maintaining Saleen’s OEM drivability and reliability. With Saleen calibration, it delivers 478 horsepower and 504 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel.
At its core is Eaton’s proven 2.3L Gen VI TVS rotor assembly with a 4-lobe, 160° twist design for maximum airflow, low temperature rise, and quiet operation. An integrated bypass valve reduces parasitic loss at light throttle for improved fuel efficiency, while the compact inlet design provides a short, direct airflow path without the need for a jackshaft. A high-capacity air-to-water intercooler and low-temp heat exchanger keep charge air temperatures in check, ensuring consistent power and reliability.
This complete kit includes 41 lb/hr injectors, calibration, pulleys, intercooler system, hoses, and installation hardware. It fits cleanly under the stock hood with no cutting required and is finished in durable black powdercoat for OEM-style appearance. The system is 50-state legal (CARB EO #D-215-89) and includes a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty when installed as directed.

Note: Designed for 2WD applications only. Professional installation and premium 91–93 octane fuel required. Additional Kit is included when 4WD is selected. The 4WD F-150 has the front differential occupying space near the engine/oil-filter area that doesn't exist on the 2WD chassis. The Oil Filter Bracket Kit relocates/repositions the oil filter enough to provide the necessary clearance.

When your order ships
Every product page shows one of these labels above the Add to Cart button, and the same label appears in your cart:
- In Stock: ships in 1 to 3 business days.
- Backordered: ships when restocked, in the range shown on the product page.
- Special Order: sourced for your order, typically 2 to 6 weeks before it ships.
- Built to Order: made for your order, typically 4 to 8 weeks before it ships.
- Pre-Order: ships in the month shown on the product page.
Orders with items of different lead times may ship together when the last item is ready. Transit time is in addition to the time before shipping.
Carriers and transit
Parcels ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. Typical ground transit after shipping is 1 to 4 business days within the continental US and 4 to 6 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Weekends and holidays are not counted. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please give a physical address.
APO/FPO, Guam and US Virgin Islands orders ship by USPS (70 lb limit per package) and can take up to 2 months. Canadian orders may owe taxes, duties and brokerage fees on delivery; these are collected by the carrier, not by Saleen Performance Parts.
Expedited shipping, where offered at checkout, speeds up transit only. It does not shorten Built to Order, Special Order or Pre-Order lead times.
Freight items
Large items such as hoods, fascias and body kits ship by freight. The freight charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. The carrier will call to schedule delivery, so please give a reliable phone number. Fees for lift-gate, inside delivery, limited-access locations, storage or redelivery requested or caused by the receiver are the customer's responsibility.
At delivery, please:
- Open and inspect the shipment with the driver present.
- Write a description of any damage on both your copy and the driver's copy of the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it.
- Take 2 to 3 clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Accept the shipment. Refuse it only if the item is completely destroyed.
- Call us at 1-855-725-3361 within 72 hours so we can file the claim.
Damage not noted on the delivery receipt can cause the carrier to deny the claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is closed. Freight items are not returnable once delivered unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check status on our Track My Order page.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 15 business days. Carrier traces take up to 8 business days for UPS and FedEx and an extra 7 business days for USPS. For higher-value orders a police report may be required before a replacement or refund is released.
Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, a missed pickup, or a refusal without damage are subject to the original and return shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.
