Engineered specifically for the 2.7L and 3.0L Raptor EcoBoost platforms, this calibration is designed to transform your Bronco into the ultimate performance SUV. With gains of up to 50 rear-wheel horsepower and 90 lb-ft of torque for the 2.7L (totaling approx. 400 RWHP / 530 RWTQ) and 60 rear-wheel horsepower with 80 lb-ft of torque for the 3.0L Raptor (totaling approx. 440 RWHP / 570 RWTQ), the difference is immediately noticeable both on and off-road. Beyond the raw numbers, this calibration sharpens throttle response, optimizes shift points, and extends the RPM limit to keep you in the powerband longer when it matters most.
Developed with precision and durability in mind, the Saleen calibration utilizes a state-of-the-art HP Tuners module to ensure seamless integration with your Bronco’s ECU. Designed for long-term reliability, the calibration is 50-state legal and backed by a CARB EO#, meaning you can enjoy enhanced performance without compromising compliance. The software also disables the intrusive auto start/stop feature and allows you to recalibrate your speedometer for changes in tire size or gearing—critical upgrades for enthusiasts who modify their Bronco beyond stock form.
Each calibration package includes the HP Tuners interface module along with Saleen’s proprietary tune. Installation is straightforward, requiring no permanent modifications, with all tuning delivered through the OBD-II port. Fitment covers 2021–2025 Ford Bronco models equipped with the 2.7L EcoBoost engine as well as the 3.0L Raptor variant. Simply load the tune, fuel up with 91 octane or higher, and experience your Bronco the way it was always meant to perform.

When your order ships
Every product page shows one of these labels above the Add to Cart button, and the same label appears in your cart:
- In Stock: ships in 1 to 3 business days.
- Backordered: ships when restocked, in the range shown on the product page.
- Special Order: sourced for your order, typically 2 to 6 weeks before it ships.
- Built to Order: made for your order, typically 4 to 8 weeks before it ships.
- Pre-Order: ships in the month shown on the product page.
Orders with items of different lead times may ship together when the last item is ready. Transit time is in addition to the time before shipping.
Carriers and transit
Parcels ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. Typical ground transit after shipping is 1 to 4 business days within the continental US and 4 to 6 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Weekends and holidays are not counted. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please give a physical address.
APO/FPO, Guam and US Virgin Islands orders ship by USPS (70 lb limit per package) and can take up to 2 months. Canadian orders may owe taxes, duties and brokerage fees on delivery; these are collected by the carrier, not by Saleen Performance Parts.
Expedited shipping, where offered at checkout, speeds up transit only. It does not shorten Built to Order, Special Order or Pre-Order lead times.
Freight items
Large items such as hoods, fascias and body kits ship by freight. The freight charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. The carrier will call to schedule delivery, so please give a reliable phone number. Fees for lift-gate, inside delivery, limited-access locations, storage or redelivery requested or caused by the receiver are the customer's responsibility.
At delivery, please:
- Open and inspect the shipment with the driver present.
- Write a description of any damage on both your copy and the driver's copy of the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it.
- Take 2 to 3 clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Accept the shipment. Refuse it only if the item is completely destroyed.
- Call us at 1-855-725-3361 within 72 hours so we can file the claim.
Damage not noted on the delivery receipt can cause the carrier to deny the claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is closed. Freight items are not returnable once delivered unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check status on our Track My Order page.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 15 business days. Carrier traces take up to 8 business days for UPS and FedEx and an extra 7 business days for USPS. For higher-value orders a police report may be required before a replacement or refund is released.
Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, a missed pickup, or a refusal without damage are subject to the original and return shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.
