Unleash the full potential of your 2021–2025 Ford F-150 or Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost with the Saleen Powerflash calibration. Engineered by the authority in late-model Ford performance, this tune delivers a real-world gain of +60 RWHP and +80 RWTQ on 93-octane pump gas—validated on trucks running 37-inch tires. Throttle response is immediate, mid-range pull is stronger, and overall drivability is sharpened for confident on-road, off-road, and towing performance.
Built on decades of Saleen calibration expertise, Powerflash integrates cleanly with your factory ECU via the included HP Tuners MPVI3 interface. It’s more than a peak-number flash: the calibration refines pedal mapping, updates shift points, and raises the RPM limit to keep you in the heart of the powerband. You also gain control features enthusiasts actually use—like speedometer correction for tire/gear changes and the ability to disable the intrusive auto start/stop system.
Installation is straightforward through the OBD-II port with no permanent modifications required. This package includes the HP Tuners MPVI3 module and Saleen’s proprietary Powerflash file for 2021–2025 F-150 and Raptor models equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost. Fuel requirement: 93 octane (or higher). Estimated total outputs on 37" tires (93 octane): F-150 3.5L ≈ ~400 RWHP / ~510 RWTQ; Raptor 3.5L ≈ ~440 RWHP / ~550 RWTQ.
*Estimates based on typical stock wheel figures we observe on 37" tires (~340 RWHP / ~430 RWTQ for F-150; ~380 RWHP / ~470 RWTQ for Raptor). Actual results vary by dyno type, altitude, drivetrain, and vehicle setup.

Orders with items of different lead times may ship together when the last item is ready. Transit time is in addition to the time before shipping.
Carriers and transit
Parcels ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. Typical ground transit after shipping is 1 to 4 business days within the continental US and 4 to 6 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Weekends and holidays are not counted. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please give a physical address.
APO/FPO, Guam and US Virgin Islands orders ship by USPS (70 lb limit per package) and can take up to 2 months. Canadian orders may owe taxes, duties and brokerage fees on delivery; these are collected by the carrier, not by Saleen Performance Parts.
Expedited shipping, where offered at checkout, speeds up transit only. It does not shorten Built to Order, Special Order or Pre-Order lead times.
Freight items
Large items such as hoods, fascias and body kits ship by freight. The freight charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. The carrier will call to schedule delivery, so please give a reliable phone number. Fees for lift-gate, inside delivery, limited-access locations, storage or redelivery requested or caused by the receiver are the customer's responsibility.
At delivery, please:
- Open and inspect the shipment with the driver present.
- Write a description of any damage on both your copy and the driver's copy of the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it.
- Take 2 to 3 clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Accept the shipment. Refuse it only if the item is completely destroyed.
- Call us at 1-855-725-3361 within 72 hours so we can file the claim.
Damage not noted on the delivery receipt can cause the carrier to deny the claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is closed. Freight items are not returnable once delivered unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check status on our Track My Order page.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 15 business days. Carrier traces take up to 8 business days for UPS and FedEx and an extra 7 business days for USPS. For higher-value orders a police report may be required before a replacement or refund is released.
Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, a missed pickup, or a refusal without damage are subject to the original and return shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.
